My daughter and her boyfriend moved to Madison Place about a year ago so she could finish her Bachelor's degree, and I am so thankful they chose to rent their apartment here! The grounds always seem clean and well-maintained, the amenities are amazing, the apartment is very nice and spacious, and most importantly: SEEM VERY SAFE!! These apartments are located in one of the safer areas in Birmingham, and I feel just a little more at ease knowing my daughter is living here while she finishes her degree. (Well, as "at ease" as a mother can be when her child has moved over an hour away to the city :) )

Location! Location! Location! Madison Place is a great place to live! It's close to everything... just a few minutes to Walmart, schools, and restaurants. The schools are award winning and my children thrived there. The service staff were quick to assist. By the way - Big shout out to Savannah for her patience and attention to detail. She pulled it all together for us.

I have been so happy with Madison Place apartments! They are beautiful as pictured and Savannah in the office has truly made my move in process so easy! She is very prompt and helpful!

I absolutely love this place! I’ve been here only 3 months. Alisa, Javier, and Savannah have been more than great to live and work with. If I could give 10 stars I would! Great job you guys, I definitely recommend!

Great complex with awesome front desk and good neighbors. Location is convenient to almost anything needed.
